AI, Data, & Accuracy

Type in plain English (e.g., “Which 9th graders have a 10-day trend of missed work and more nurse visits?”). The answer includes citations back to the source.

Any AI can be wrong sometimes. That’s why we show sources/citations, keep role-based permissions, and allow human-in-the-loop approval for workflows. Part of our onboarding process is supporting users along their learning curve of AI prompting to ensure they get the best answers possible and trust their own expertise to evaluate AI responses.

We use leading large language models (LLMs) and keep them behind permissions and guardrails. You can select from any ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok model you would like to use at any time.

Yes—examples include publicly available related to demographics, benchmarks, higher ed, and other reference data. We align external data with your school model where appropriate. Additionally, when using the AI chat, any data your selected LLM has been trained on is available as context.
Security & Privacy

On Palantir Foundry, a platform used by many of the world’s most security-sensitive organizations.

Passkey enabled user credentials, role-based access (RBAC), encryption in transit and at rest, audit history, and read-only connections whenever possible. See: Security.

Yes, and we abide by FERPA and all state-level data security regulations. We’ll also align to strict family-privacy expectations; we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Pricing & Contracting

Simple, school-friendly plans at three tiers with the ability to add a la carte products. Plans scale by connections, workflows, and users. See: Pricing.

Generally we do not offer pilot options as much of the resource burden for IDP occurs in the building stage for your school. However, under certain circumstances, IDP may agree to begin with a pilot option for a fee.
Support & Training

Short, role-based sessions (leaders, deans/advisors, office staff, teachers, etc.). We keep guidance practical and in plain English. We offer more personalized training for schools at our Enterprise Tier, but find that our products are very intuitive and users typically need little help in getting up to speed.
